NOTE: all Spring 2020 workshops have been cancelled or postponed (tentatively) to Fall 2020. Updates forthcoming about these details from Royal Roads University.

Liberating Structures (1 or 2 days)

These are “serious fun” facilitation strategies that support inclusion, engagement, collaboration, and innovation. Whether you occasionally run meetings or lead teams through complex cycles of organizational change, you will find useful tools to boost your facilitation practice and effectiveness.  I often co-facilitate with the wonderful Beth Cougler Blom

When’s the next one(s)?  check the BCcampus Events Calendar or Royal Roads University Continuing Studies calendar for workshops that are available to the public.  If you want something specific for your organization, get in touch.
